Veronica made our day in Firenze informative, entertaining and delightful. Our daughters were captivated by Veronica’s stories about Firenze history, rulers and art. For the rest of the week they pointed our Medici shields in other cities and talked about Michelangelo’s amazing commitment to his art. We felt like locals when she took us through the market to sample the best of the region and took us to a paper printing shop. All in all, we had a great day, learned so much and enjoyed her wonderful company.

I have told so many people about the day we spent with you seeing Florence and its art works.  I have wanted to see those for many years.  You made the day even more special.
